- For use outside the city but still within the East Java area, there will be an additional charge (please ask us directly).
- If there are plans to stay overnight outside the city, or for multi-day tours, there will be an additional charge for the driver’s accommodation.
- Prices are not valid during Eid al-Fitr, Christmas & New Year holidays.
- Pets and items prohibited by the Indonesian government are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Reservations require a down payment (30% deposit) as a booking guarantee.
- If the cancellation is made by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the cancellation is made by us due to weather, natural disasters, government regulations, etc., the deposit will be refunded 100%.

10.08.2026Extraordinary! - Booked a ride for a whole day, from Surabaya to Malang, then to Sewu waterfall and Mount Bromo. Our driver Andry is a REALLY REALLY nice guy, who drives professionally, is humorous, and took care of our every needs. It's a long and exhausting trip, so it's really extraordinary for him to drive for so long with maximum efforts (honestly thinking the man's underpaid). For us first arrivals, it's a splendid introduction to the good people of Indonesia. Would definitely recommend.

10.08.2026best tour ever - we had 4 nights in East Java and Iwan was our guide/driver and quickly become our friend. The hotels were good and the food was great! We were at Bromo, Tumpak Sewu, Ijen and we also visited a plantation. Iwan took care of us and was available for us whenever we needed. Aman was also very responsive to all my questions and requests before our arrival and after that. I really recommend them. All was perfect! thank you!
